A day of yoga (for all levels), meditation, good food & great company with like-minded people. Tarot readings are included and will be available to anyone who would like some advice from Spirit on your next steps or whatever question you may have. To top off all of that we are having a Burning Release Ceremony to let it all go!

Raquel Bizzell, is our certified yoga instructor who specializes in Prenatal Yoga. So all you mommies-to-be can feel safe joining us, you will be in good hands.

We will be under a tented area and have plenty of water for everyone.
